As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Manager based in Daman to grow our customer base in the city and surrounding industrial areas. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage direct consumer sales for Neptune Chempastel’s products in the Daman region. Identify and approach potential retail customers, dealers, and end-users across relevant market segments. Conduct field visits to retail outlets, small businesses, and exhibitions to promote product awareness. Demonstrate product features, provide usage guidance, and address customer queries in real time. Build a strong network of local influencers, retailers, and partners to increase product visibility. Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product teams. Ensure excellent post-sales support and follow-up for repeat business and referrals. Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and regular follow-ups. Participate in promotional activities, sampling drives, and product launches in the local market. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to brand building in the B2C space. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred 0–2 years of experience in sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Willing to travel extensively across the city and nearby regions. Proficiency in MS Office.
