Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Muthoot Aurum is looking for executives well versed in field sales of consumer products or financial products. The candidate will be based in the regional office and travel to various branches of Muthoot Finance to cross sell various gold investment products. He should be adept in relationship management and should be able to strike good rapport with the branch staff to train and motivate them to sell Aurum products. He should have excellent communication skills, flair for sales, and attractive personality to influence people. He should be able to provide field sales forecasting and arrange for stocks at various branches in time to conduct sales drives. He should prepare daily and weekly reports of various SKUs and promotional drives. We are looking for go-getters who can perform at highest levels and ensure his team earns the highest incentives in every sales campaign.
