Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area. This role requires frequent visit to meet clients and conduct face-to-face sales meetings. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information to customers. Submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Monitor competitors’ activities and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1–3 years preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
