About the job: We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive for school admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive sales pitch, and a proven record in client relationship management. You will play a key role in driving admissions, building partnerships with schools and parents, and mentoring your sales team to meet business goals. Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular field visits to partner schools and prospective client locations. 2. Pitch our school admission services to parents, guardians, and institutions effectively. 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and trust. 4. Handle client queries and guide them through the admission process smoothly. 5. Monitor sales pipelines and admission conversion rates. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings based on feedback. 7. Negotiate and close deals with a win-win approach for clients and the company. Requirements: 1. 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. Field sales experience and comfort in face-to-face client interactions. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 5. Graduation in Business, Sales, or a related field.
