Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive at our company based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through various customer sales methods. You will be required to forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and assess their effectiveness in achieving targets. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and skills will be crucial in this role. Meeting personal and team sales targets, researching accounts to identify sales leads, and participating in meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends are key aspects of this position. Providing feedback and reports to the management based on financial and statistical data will also be part of your duties.
