We’re expanding rapidly in NCR and are looking for passionate Field Sales Executives to strengthen our B2B presence.

The Role: Field Sales Executive – B2B (Doctors/Clinics/Hospitals)

As a Field Sales Executive at Fine Labs, you will be the face of our brand in the healthcare community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Onboarding partners to our platform and ensuring smooth adoption
• Driving consistent test bookings and revenue growth
• Promoting Fine Labs’ value proposition to healthcare professionals
• Gathering insights from partners to improve our services

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  6 months – 2 years in field sales (diagnostics/healthcare/pharma preferred)

• Skills:

  Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building abilities

• Mindset:

  Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

• Logistics:

  Comfortable with daily field visits (own vehicle preferred)

• Education:

  Graduate preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience

Compensation & Perks

• Fixed Salary:

  ₹15,000/month -₹18,000/month

• Incentives:

  Attractive performance-based earnings

• Allowance:

  Petrol reimbursement

• Total Potential:

  ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+ per month
