Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and convert potential clients for Hajj, Umrah, and customized travel packages. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and client outreach programs. Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information about travel packages, visa procedures, and company services. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and maintain client databases, sales reports, and performance updates. Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and events. Requirement 12th pass minimun, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or a related customer-facing role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Urdu preferred). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Prior experience in Hajj & Umrah travel will be an added advantage.
