Job Description

• Generate leads and acquire new clients through cold calls, customer visits, and territory mapping • Promote and sell Geometric Steels products across assigned regions • Conduct daily customer calls, schedule appointments, and manage visit plans • Prepare BOA (Bill of Approximation) and support order finalization • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms to close orders • Provide technical clarifications to customers in coordination with the design team • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and past customers to retain and grow business • Conduct payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection; generate FRO where required • Plan dispatch schedules, coordinate with logistics, and track order movements • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and conduct technical/product presentations • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers to expand the dealer and distributor network • Build relationships with architects, consultants, fabricators, and contractors to generate inquiries • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share feedback with the sales team • Maintain visit reports, and properly document all customer interactions • Provide after-sales support, address customer complaints, and ensure service satisfaction • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
