Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining project details, and closing property sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms 📞 Contact and follow up with prospective clients to promote real estate projects Arrange site visits and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction 🤝 Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and client interactions Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotional activities Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values Required Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred) Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude Good knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding areas (preferred) Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals effectively Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + Attractive incentives 💰 Training and growth opportunities Performance-based rewards
