Source and recruit delivery executives directly from the field.
Onboard new candidates into the Swiggy system.
Ensure smooth joining and documentation processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience:
Preferred: Experience in field recruitment (especially hiring delivery executives)
Also Welcome: Freshers with a strong, target-driven mindset
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory
Compensation:
Salary: 20,000 to 27,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Up to 10,000 per month
Additional Perks: Petrol allowance
