Field Sales Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to expand our client base in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and visiting potential customers such as large bakeries, ice cream manufacturers, sauce factories, and industrial units in homecare, personal care, and metal treatment sectors to offer them our range of chemical products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective clients in targeted industries. Visit manufacturing units and factory decision-makers to introduce our product line. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable chemical solutions from our portfolio. Build strong relationships with purchase managers, production heads, and R&D teams. Coordinate with internal teams for samples, quotations, and order fulfillment. Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead. Regularly report progress, leads, and visit summaries. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Science or Commerce preferred). Prior experience in B2B industrial or chemical sales is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively to industrial zones. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent. Location: Based in Kolkata with travel across Eastern and Northeastern India. Compensation: Competitive salary + incentives + travel allowances.
