Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an outgoing and driven Field Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building connections, and driving sales growth. You will go into the market, identify potential clients, pitch our products, and convert them into long-term customers. Freshers who are energetic and eager to learn are also welcome! Key Responsibilities Visit carpenters, retailers, and interior designers to identify and onboard new clients. Pitch and promote Dream Décor’s range of products (edgebands, louvers, rafters, laminates, interior materials). Generate orders and follow up to ensure timely conversion. Collect client payments and ensure proper coordination with the accounts team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide market feedback to support product and sales strategies. Requirements Graduate (any stream) – Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory). Strong communication and people skills. Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in sales. Perks & Benefits Fixed + Performance Incentives (earn more as you sell more).
