Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive for our Banaskantha, Palanpur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.
Pitch and explain various loan products to customers based on their financial needs.
Collect and verify customer documentation as per the loan policy.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business or referrals.
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in Sales
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in gold loans or insurance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of loan products and documentation.
Own a two-wheeler and a smartphone is compulsory
