As a Field Sales Executive in the Consumer Durables/Mobile Segment, you will be a crucial part of our expansion in key Maharashtra markets including Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Solapur, Kolhapur, and SambhajiNagar. Your primary responsibilities will include excelling in field sales, channel development, retailer onboarding, and driving monthly activations to contribute to the growth of our protection-plan brand and transform the consumer-durables ecosystem. **Role Overview:** - As a Sales Executive in the Consumer Durables/Mobile Segment, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in key Maharashtra markets. - Your focus will be on retailer acquisition, partner management, store training, and achieving sales targets to drive the growth of our protection-plan brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain relationships with retailers in the assigned markets - Onboard new partners and manage existing partnerships effectively - Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills - Work towards achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to the growth of the brand **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the Appliances/Mobiles sector - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retailers and partners - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment If you are passionate about field sales, channel development, and driving business growth in the Consumer Durables/Mobile Segment, we invite you to join our high-growth team.
