Job Description

You will be joining the field sales team at PagarBook, an Attendance Management tool for Small & Medium Enterprises. Your main responsibility will be to drive the adoption of the premium desktop version of the application among SME customers. You will need to pitch and explain the benefits of the PagarBook desktop solution to customers, highlighting features such as better accessibility, rich reports, and free upgrades for a year. Your goal will be to convert customers into paid users and ensure they are well informed about the solution before closing the sales. Key Responsibilities: - Pitch and explain the benefits of the PagarBook desktop solution to customers, emphasizing better accessibility, rich reports, and free upgrades for a year - Convert customers into paid users and ensure they are well informed about the solution - Meet daily targets such as pitching to 30 new clients, enabling free trials for 20 clients, and achieving 3 sales per day - Retain customer accounts by ensuring they continue to use PagarBook desktop beyond 30 days of activation - Identify key SME clusters in the city, prepare an acquisition plan, and aggressively acquire new customers - Demonstrate strong knowledge of PagarBook sales process, services, and product, as well as local market and competition knowledge - Utilize strong negotiation and influencing skills to create win-win situations and provide continuous feedback to internal teams to improve customer service levels Qualifications Required: - Field sales experience, preferably in sectors like telecom, FMCG, or financial sales - Proficiency in the local language of the city of operations - Graduation in any field - Must have your own bike for transportation The initial job posting will be for 3 months with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance. The benefits include a fixed salary of approximately 15-18k per month, attractive target-based incentives, petrol allowance up to INR 3,000 based on actual bills, and the chance to become a PagarBook brand ambassador on the ground.
