Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Heavy Machinery & JCB/Crane Parts Note: Only interested candidates apply Location: Sarkhej Ahmedabad Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: Fresher to 1 year Education: Minimum 12th Pass and graduate Company Overview: We are a growing supplier of heavy machinery and spare parts for JCBs, cranes, and related equipment. With a focus on quality and customer service, we cater to contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients across the region. Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell heavy machinery and JCB/crane spare parts. This is an on-field role that involves regular client visits, relationship building, and target-based sales. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote company products. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales. Explain product features and benefits to clients. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales data. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse for timely deliveries. Gather feedback from customers and report market trends to management. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Fresher or up to 1 year of sales experience (preferred in machinery or auto parts). Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (if field visits are required). Basic understanding of machinery parts (training will be provided).
