Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales of IT products or services, especially targeting corporate clients and industrial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business development and client relationship management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across corporate and industrial sectors.
• Schedule and attend 5–8 client/prospect meetings daily.
• Present company products and services to new and existing customers effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
• Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory to promote offerings.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to leverage business opportunities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.

Educational & Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferred Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sales pressure, targets, and field challenges.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess a two-wheeler with valid license for local travel.
• Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work.
• Should have a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
