Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Revisit Officer – Amazon Pay Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Department: Field jobs About the Role: We’re looking for energetic, people-friendly Field Sales Officers to join our Amazon Pay team in Bangalore! In this role, you'll be out on the field, visiting malls, Smart Bazaar, V-Mart, and similar large-format stores. Your job will be to make sure our existing merchants are happy, everything is working smoothly (especially the QR code), and Amazon Pay branding is up to date. If a store isn’t using Amazon Pay yet, you’ll help them understand the benefits and get them on board. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and being on the move! What You’ll Be Doing:Visit shops and merchants daily in your assigned area. Check if Amazon Pay QR codes are working properly and assist with any issues. Make sure the shop is displaying Amazon Pay branding correctly. Talk to merchants about their experience—gather feedback and offer help where needed. Convince non-users to start using Amazon Pay by explaining the key benefits (secure payments, customer trust, cashback offers, etc.). Build strong relationships with shop owners and act as their go-to contact for anything related to Amazon Pay. Who We’re Looking For:Someone who enjoys fieldwork and talking to people. Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps. Responsible, self-motivated, and target-driven. Prior experience in field sales or merchant onboarding is a bonus—but not a must! What You’ll Get:Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.
