Field Sales Executive

Clever Minds Techsol LLP is a growing technology company building multiple SaaS products across various industry segments. We are expanding our sales team to support market outreach and customer acquisition.

Job Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, fixing appointments, conducting field visits, presenting demos, and closing sales. Depending on the product niche, this role involves appointment-based meetings as well as direct field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for Clever Minds’ SaaS products across different segments
• Conduct field visits (door-to-door or appointment-based) in assigned areas
• Fix client meetings and understand business requirements
• Present product demos and explain features, pricing, and value proposition
• Convince and onboard clients onto the platform
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for Clever Minds
• Follow up with prospects and ensure deal closure
• Maintain daily activity and sales reports
• Take ownership of assigned targets and work independently

Training & Support

• Basic product training and demo training will be provided
• Ongoing guidance from the sales and product teams

Eligibility / Requirements

• Field sales experience preferred (SaaS / IT / B2B / Services is an advantage)
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable meeting business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and accountable
• Willing to take challenges and work independently

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
