We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves visiting retail shops, connecting with shopkeepers, introducing and promoting our products, and generating sales. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail shops and outlets within the assigned area. Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and store managers. Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products. Take and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales manager. Maintain records of sales visits, customer interactions, and transactions. Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG or similar preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with field work and traveling within the city. Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or tablet for order entry. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
