Field Sales Executive- B2B

As a Field Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve visiting clients, establishing relationships, and closing B2B deals within the Manufacturing, Packaging, and PET Bottles industry. You will be responsible for managing a specific territory, engaging with customers face-to-face, showcasing our PET bottles, and finalizing contracts. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential clients in your designated territory - Visit customer sites such as factories, warehouses, and offices to introduce our PET bottles and packaging solutions - Perform product demonstrations and articulate how our bottles fulfill customer requirements - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients - Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals - Foster and expand relationships with existing customers - Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer engagements, and pipeline using CRM - Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred) - Demonstrated experience of 1-3 years in B2B field sales or industrial sales - Proficient communication and negotiation abilities - Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face selling - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently - Readiness to frequently travel within your sales territory - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office What We Offer: - Travel allowance or reimbursement - Growth prospects in a rapidly expanding manufacturing business - Training in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and product knowledge Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Paid time off Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
