Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive Industry: Fashion Jewellery Location: Flexible – work as per your convenience & schedule Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Salary + Fixed Target + Traveling) + Incentives ▪️Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented Field Sales Executive to sell our premium fashion jewellery. The role offers complete flexibility in working hours and locations — your focus will be on achieving daily and monthly sales targets through active field visits and networking. ▪️Key Responsibilities Sell a minimum of 6 jewellery pieces per day (156 pieces per month mandatory). Visit corporate offices, government offices, boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, resorts, colleges/schools, events, parties, banquets, or approach friends, relatives, and personal contacts to achieve sales targets. Work independently — no restrictions on time or location, as long as targets are met. Generate bills for each transaction with the correct customer name, contact number, and location. Submit daily sales reports/calculations. Manage product samples/stock provided by the company. Maintain professionalism and follow company guidelines in all interactions. ▪️Ideal Candidate Profile Excellent communication & persuasion skills. Strong networking abilities and confident public interaction. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Previous sales experience in jewellery, fashion, or retail preferred.
