NEED A COUNTER SALES STAFF. Job description Requirements: - Must be a permanent resident of Jabalpur. - Prior experience in sales is preferred. - Graduate qualification. - Ability to work from 10:45 AM to 9:15 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Mondays off). Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area. - Achieve sales targets set by management. - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. - Handle cash transactions accurately. Salary and Benefits: - Salary Package: CTC will be 15,000 to 20,000 depending on the experience. CTC includes employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) benefits included. - Overtime compensation provided.
