Field Sales Executive

AEY Precision Pvt Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Executive with at least 3-6 years of experience in the bearings industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various bearing products and types and will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Visit potential clients and industrial companies, understand their requirements, and close sales.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of different bearing types and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and sell products.
• Client Relationship: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential leads.
• Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction with every transaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the bearings industry or related mechanical components field.
• Strong understanding of bearing products, applications, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Preferably based in or around Delhi NCR, but open to other locations.

Location: Delhi NCR (or specific location based on your requirement)

Experience: Minimum 3-6 years in sales (bearings industry preferred)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
