Field sales cum service executive

The Field Sales cum Service Executive position based in Mumbai is a full-time opportunity in the Field Service & Customer Support department. As a Field Sales cum Service Executive, you will be primarily stationed at the office, responsible for handling technical support requests, interacting with customers, and resolving issues related to IRA tablets, POS systems, and biometric devices. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries and complaints, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps for device-related issues, collaborating with internal hardware/software teams for advanced resolutions, recording and maintaining support logs, service requests, and issue history, and occasionally providing field support for escalated cases. To qualify for this role, you should hold an ITI/Diploma/BE degree in Electronics/Computer or a related field, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or service coordination, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with tablets, POS devices, or biometric systems is advantageous.
