Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Field Sales Executive to meet doctors, explain our medical co-working clinic spaces, and drive new client acquisition. The role includes daily field visits, pitching, demos, follow-ups, CRM updates, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, cold calls & doctor networking Meet 20–25 clinics/doctors weekly and pitch the concept Give product demos, share proposals & negotiate deals Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue KPIs Maintain CRM, follow up within 48 hours & ensure conversions Build long-term client relationships Skills Required: Strong field sales experience Excellent communication & convincing skills Lead generation + cold visiting capability Target-driven, proactive & good negotiation skills Ability to manage follow-ups, conversions & reporting Who Can Apply: Candidates with 1–5 years of field sales experience (B2C/B2B), especially those meeting 10–12 clients daily and handling targets.
