Field Sales Associate in Siliguri (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct field visits and in-person meetings to understand client needs and present solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  

Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of sales principles and field sales strategies
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Show ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Display high motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Maintain good organizational and time-management skills
• Hold prior experience in field sales or business development (preferred)
• Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
