Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive for our construction services team in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building client relationships within the construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and promoting our range of construction services to potential clients. Your key responsibilities will involve business development by actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers, conducting site visits and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the construction services or related industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships effectively. Your ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a good understanding of company offerings and market demands will be crucial for success in this position. Proficiency in MS Office, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory are also required. If you have technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, or services, as well as an existing network of contacts in the construction industry, it will be considered a plus.
