Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals within assigned territories. Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to identify new business opportunities. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Deliver engaging product demos that highlight the benefits and features of our offerings to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective outreach and promotion of products. Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technology advancements relevant to our offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market analysis for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or territory management within a B2B environment is highly desirable. Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred for effective tracking of customer interactions. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within organizations. Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques and direct sales strategies. Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing actionable insights from data analysis. Previous experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
