Job Description

We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Executive in B2B sales, focusing on field sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
