As a Sales Professional at IndiaMART, your main focus will be on conducting face-to-face sales presentations to introduce clients to the platform and demonstrate the value that IndiaMART can offer to their businesses. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with new clients, establish trust and credibility for both yourself and the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients - Build and maintain relationships with new clients - Manage a direct sales force, increase productivity, and improve overall efficiency of the sales team - Ensure that sales targets are met as per defined goals Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in sales and achieving targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in managing a sales team is preferred In addition to the above responsibilities, the company may also expect you to actively participate in training programs and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
