As a Territory Sales Manager B2C at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively communicating with potential clients and showcasing the value of our software application products. Your success in this role will depend on your excellent communication skills, empathy towards understanding field sales requirements, agility to adapt to changing business needs, and motivation to maintain a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions. Additionally, you will be required to meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to gain insights into their business needs and expectations. Generating interest in sales opportunities, onboarding new apartments onto our platform, and researching potential leads will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess effective presentation and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and have a 2-wheeler vehicle with a valid Driving License. You must be willing to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a week off between Monday to Thursday. A growth-driven mindset, along with a keen interest in business development, is essential for this role.
