Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Field Manager to support our on-ground operations in the real estate sector. The role involves field coordination for rental and resale properties, assisting with property visits, documentation, and client support activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site property visits, inspections, and client coordination Assist with property handovers, key collection, and agreements Capture and submit property photos and documentation accurately Coordinate with the Property Manager and Relationship Manager to ensure operational efficiency Maintain accurate field visit logs and timely updates Travel to multiple properties and project sites across East Bangalore Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards Required Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Kannada and English Familiarity with smartphone applications (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Drive, Camera, etc.) Strong time management and reliability Basic understanding of rental or resale property operations is an advantage Professional demeanor and client-handling ability Eligibility Criteria: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Must possess a smartphone with internet access Minimum educational qualification: Graduates preferred Prior experience in fieldwork, logistics, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore.
