Job Title: Field Recruiter Location: Indore Job Description: We’re hiring dynamic individuals to join our city operations team as Field Recruiter. As the on-ground PoC, you’ll play a key role in driving demand and supply acquisition, executing marketing campaigns, and solving operational challenges to scale Zepton’s presence in your city. Key Responsibilities: Execute on-ground marketing activities (BTL/Offline) to boost demand and supply acquisition. Conduct market surveys and ensure impactful campaign execution. Engage with captains (supply) for feedback, training, and issue resolution. Build local partnerships to strengthen demand and supply channels. Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies to retain captains. Act as the Voice of Captains (VOC) and customers, sharing insights with the strategy team. Address and resolve operational challenges while ensuring smooth city operations. Requirements: Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the city’s geography, language, and market dynamics. Experience: 1-2 years in Marketing, Sales, or Field Operations (preferably managing blue-collar teams). Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
