Hunting riders / delivery boys & onboarding in the assigned cluster.Manage end to end sourcing, onboarding for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile blue collar workforce Pan IndiaEnsure the targets are achieved in TAT.Should have a good Vendor Network Online & Offline to generate leads across the countryNeed to align for regular refresher training in coordination with the Training Team.Contingent situation handling Shipment Loss, COD issue, Uninformed leaves, etc.
