Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit Delivery Partners (Swiggy DPs) through field visits, local campaigns, and on-ground activities. Conduct daily field drives in targeted areas to meet onboarding targets. Explain Swiggy’s earning structure, incentives, requirements, and onboarding process to potential candidates. Coordinate with internal onboarding teams for documentation and verification. Maintain daily reports of sourced and onboarded candidates. Build relationships with local communities, training centers, job seekers, and referral partners. Ensure all delivery partner documents meet company requirements before activation.
