**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring for variousroles, such as housekeepers, drivers, maids, nannies, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong local sourcing networks, excellent communication skills, and experience in high-volume recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Source, screen, and onboard candidates forthrough local networks, job fairs, and community outreach.

* Conduct interviews, verify documents, and assess candidate suitability.

* Maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

* Partner with local agencies, NGOs, and training centers for manpower supply.

* Collaborate with the operations team to understand hiring requirements and ensure the right fit for roles.

* Track and maintain accurate reports and data related to the hiring process.

**Requirements:**

* 25 years of experience in field recruitment,such as housekeeping, security, or domestic staffing.

* Strong local sourcing and networking abilities.

* Willingness to travel for fieldwork

* Basic communication skills in Hindi/local language (English is a plus).

* Own smartphone and conveyance preferred.

* Familiarity with the hiring needs of roles like housekeepers, drivers, maids, chefs, and cooks is a plus.
