Job Opening: Field HR Executive / Business Development (Manpower Services)

Location: Pune (Field Work) Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 (Negotiable based on experience and interview)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field HR Executive / Business Development Executive for our staffing firm that supplies skilled and unskilled manpower to manufacturing companies. This role involves visiting client sites, generating leads, building relationships with HR/Plant Heads, and onboarding new clients for manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit manufacturing companies across Pune and nearby industrial areas to introduce our staffing services
• Identify potential clients and generate leads for manpower outsourcing
• Meet HR/Plant Heads/Production Managers to understand their staffing needs
• Present company profile, services, and propose manpower solutions (contract staffing, third-party payroll, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
• Maintain records of site visits, meetings, follow-ups, and closures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
• Support in client onboarding, documentation, and agreement formalities
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition

Key Skills:

• Strong field work capability and willingness to travel daily
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convince and build trust with company HR/Managers
• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and manpower needs
• Proficiency in lead generation, follow-up, and business development
• Basic knowledge of staffing process, third-party payroll, and compliance is a plus
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Preferred: HR, Marketing, or Industrial Relations)
• 1–3 years of field sales, HR, or BD experience in staffing or manpower industry
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR/BD can apply
