Job Description

Role Overview: You will be reporting to the Territory Manager and working as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with both internal team members and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets & collection targets. - Keeping a close watch on outstanding and implementing a strict credit policy within 30 days. - Building up a good distribution network and ensuring teamwork. - Providing market infrastructure and maintaining regular contact with the market/customers. - Conducting distributor appointment and staff training. - Performing SWOT analysis of the market and distributor. - Updating product knowledge and engaging in constant learning. - Motivating distributor/salesmen for better market coverage. - Conducting regular reviews with distributor/salesmen to achieve desired goals. - Maintaining good communication with retailers/customers. - Completing daily call reports immediately after market work on the same day. - Implementing merchandising and closely monitoring redistribution. - Remaining presentable, always wearing a uniform, carrying an ID card, and samples of products and required brochures. - Utilizing sufficient POP material, brochures, posters, etc., and displaying them in the market. - Assisting the distributor in liquidation of stocks and implementation of company Trade schemes. - Planning budgets and schemes for sales promotion and ensuring maximum returns. - Managing inventory of the distributor and settling distributor claims. - Visiting farmers and their fields for exploring and promoting Bio-products. - Making regular visits to hospitals, industries, panchayats/municipal corp. for the promotion of Industrial products. - Close monitoring of distributor indents and execution. - Identifying & exploring new market segments and developing new areas. - Maintaining good relations with Govt. departments. - Attending customer complaints and assisting in solving their problems. - Constantly seeking newer business opportunities. - Ensuring all trade schemes are properly operated by the Distributor. - Complying with all govt. licenses/Sales permissions/other Govt. rules. - Ensuring proper documentation and updating of records related to sales & collections. - Analyzing sales data monthly for better results. - Controlling costs and maintaining self-financial discipline.
