About the Role:
A reputed vocational training institution is seeking a dynamic Field Placement Executive-Vocational Training to conduct job drives, build corporate tie-ups, and ensure student placements. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills with local employers and the ability to connect skilled candidates with job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize campus/job drives and facilitate student placements.
• Build and maintain corporate tie-ups for recruitment and internships.
• Match students’ skills to relevant job opportunities in BFSI, Retail, Logistics, IT, and other sectors.
• Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports.
• Guide students on interview preparation and career opportunities.
• Achieve placement targets aligned with institutional goals.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar role
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with companies.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online job portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
