Field Operation Executive

Job Description

Vehicle Attachment & Onboarding: Identify and approach commercial vehicle owners (cars, autos, tempos, etc.) for Uber attachment. Guide partners through the registration and documentation process. Assist in completing the onboarding process, including app setup, vehicle inspection, and compliance checks. Field Operations & Coordination: Conduct field visits to engage with drivers and vehicle owners. Coordinate with local RTOs, agents, and Uber onboarding centers as needed. Ensure that vehicles meet Uber's quality, safety, and compliance standards. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with vehicle owners, fleet partners, and aggregators. Act as the first point of contact for any field-level issues or concerns. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded vehicles, and daily activities. Share daily/weekly reports with the operations team to track progress and targets. Promotional Activities: Support local marketing campaigns and informational drives to promote Uber vehicle attachment. Distribute flyers, banners, and other marketing materials in key areas.
