Job Description

Conduct regular visits to all assigned sites to monitor housekeeping, , pantry and other facility services as per agreed scope of work and SLA. Supervise supervisors/field staff (housekeepers, pantry boys, security, technicians), manage deployment, attendance, and discipline, and ensure adequate manpower at each site. Coordinate with clients for daily issues, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain good customer relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards, including use of PPE, safe work practices and adherence to site rules. Monitor stock and usage of cleaning materials, consumables and tools; coordinate with stores/purchase for timely replenishment and cost control. Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, grooming standards and behaviour at client premises. Verify and submit attendance, overtime and deployment reports for payroll processing and billing support. Prepare simple site visit reports, incident reports and escalation updates to the operations/area manager.
