Field Officer-Security

• Site Inspections & Compliance: Regularly visiting and inspecting various locations to ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Personnel Management: Overseeing security personnel, managing their deployment, training, and ensuring efficient staffing at client sites.
• Incident Response: Responding to security alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement, fire departments, and medical personnel as needed.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitoring CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities and ensure the security of assets.
• Access Control: Controlling and monitoring visitor and employee access to buildings and secure areas, verifying credentials, and guarding entry points.
• Risk Assessment & Planning: Identifying potential security risks, assisting in the development and implementation of security strategies and emergency plans.
• Documentation & Reporting: Completing thorough reports on observed irregularities, incidents, and security operations.
• Liaison & Coordination: Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, clients, and relevant agencies like the UN Department of Safety and Security.

Key Activities

• Conducting surprise checks on security staff and facilities.
• Ensuring personnel are trained in safety and security procedures.
• Assisting in the recruitment and deployment of security personnel.
• Reviewing and updating security plans and emergency contingency plans.
• Ensuring adherence to Minimum Operating Residential Security Standards (MORSS) where applicable.

Pay: ₹10,906.90 - ₹28,000.00 per month
