Field Officer - Manpower Operations

As a Site Manager, your role will involve visiting each site regularly to identify and address any issues in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting every site on a regular basis to understand and resolve any problems that may arise - Addressing employee discrepancies and providing timely solutions - Demonstrating an understanding of employee issues and having the ability to resolve problems related to ESIC, PF, and other welfare benefits - Staying updated on rules and regulations concerning employee welfare such as ESIC, PF, and Maternity benefits - Possessing good communication skills to effectively coordinate between employees and client supervisors - Managing unreasonable absenteeism of employees on site To qualify for this position, you should have: - A graduate degree in any stream - 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant functions Please note that this job is full-time and the work location is in person.
