Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, onboard, and manage labour workforce as per project requirements.
· Maintain accurate attendance records and daily reporting of deployed staff.
· Coordinate with clients and ensure timely resolution of on-site issues.
· Handle bills, documentation, and assist in payment follow-ups.
· Conduct field visits to ensure compliance with company policies and work quality.
· Support in scheduling and supervising daily field activities.
· Ensure smooth communication between labours, clients, and management.
· Assist management in any other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in field operations, workforce management, or a similar role.
· Strong organizational and people management skills.
· Ability to handle documentation and billing processes.
· Willingness to travel for field visits.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass with relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
