Field Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Field Officer to lead on-ground outreach and student acquisition activities across Kerala. This role includes visiting educational institutions, engaging with students, supporting events, developing local networks, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.
A short self-introduction video must be submitted along with the application.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across Kerala to visit schools and colleges as per the planned outreach schedule
• Conduct student sessions, workshops, presentations, and awareness activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community influencers
• Collect accurate student/parent information and update all data promptly in the CRM
• Support offline branding activities including distribution of brochures, posters, and standees
• Develop and coordinate with local agents, community partners, and referral networks
• Generate quality leads through field visits, community outreach, and referrals
• Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and local public programs
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with institutions, groups, and local organizations
• Track performance based on lead quality, engagement, and conversions
• Work closely with Sales and Counseling teams to ensure timely follow-up
• Drive walk-ins to centers through offline promotional activities
• Maintain daily logs of field visits, events, and leads collected
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or BTL/activation roles
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to independently manage field travel, events, and student interactions
• Willingness to travel extensively and meet performance targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
