The ideal candidate should have deep domain knowledge in manpower sourcing, labor contractor coordination, and end-to-end staffing operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about their own career growth while contributing significantly to building and scaling Arvyna’s staffing vertical. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and deployment of blue-collar manpower across PAN India Build and maintain a strong network of manpower contractors across various regions for on-demand workforce needs Coordinate with clients for understanding staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfilment Supervise deployment planning, mobilization logistics, and onboarding process for blue-collar workers Ensure compliance with labor laws, documentation, and client-specific requirements Maintain regular client interactions to build relationships and ensure satisfaction Track and report staffing metrics, optimize recruitment cycles, and deliver quality manpower under deadlines Requirements Minimum graduate with strong communication and client-facing skills Prior experience in managing staffing solutions for, or related industries is a strong advantage Good understanding of PAN India labor markets and regional manpower trends Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deployment deadlines Leadership capabilities with a strong drive for personal and organizational growth Willingness to travel frequently across regions as per business requirement Apply Now Send your resume to connect@arvyna.com Contact us: +91 8169249727 | +91 22 40130441
