1) Minimum 2 years of experience in L2 technical support in ISP/FTTH
2) Strong knowledge of fiber optics, OLT/ONT configurations, and network troubleshooting
3) Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and basic firewall rules
4) Familiar with ticketing systems and remote diagnostic tools
5) CCNA or equivalent networking certification is a plus
6) Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams
