Field Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating new leads, and representing the company across India. This role involves extensive travel, customer interaction, and active participation in exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers across India (company-sponsored travel) to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Call and engage potential customers for lead generation and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Act as the face of the company in front of customers, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 15 days per month).
• Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Prior sales/marketing experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Compensation:

• Salary Structure: Fixed + Variable
• All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
