Field Marketing Manager (Hospital)

Job Title: Hospital Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai & Bangalore

Reports to: Head Business Development

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and outreach efforts for our orthopedic and sports medicine services. The role includes building awareness, increasing patient footfall, managing digital presence, and engaging with referring doctors and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the clinics growth goals.
• Promote key services (e.g., PRP therapy, stem cell therapy, sports rehab) to target patient segments.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social media, YouTube).
• Build referral relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and sports clubs.
• Organize patient education programs, wellness camps, webinars, and fitness outreach events.
• Oversee clinic branding, brochures, video content, and online reputation (reviews/ratings).
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams to promote treatment success stories and testimonials.
• Track patient acquisition metrics, lead sources, and marketing ROI.
• Supervise vendors for digital marketing, creatives, and local PR.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in hospital/clinic marketing
• Experience with

  digital lead generation

  and managing paid campaigns.
• Strong communication and networking skills for referral-building and patient engagement.

Preferred:

• Experience in

  sports rehab / regenerative medicine marketing

• Existing network of orthopedic doctors or sports clinics is a plus
• Fluent in English and local language (Hindi as needed)
